Guacamole With Cilantro
If you have a number of avocados in your house that are ready to be eaten, try making this guacamole. This recipe is slightly different than the typical guacamole but it’s just as delicious. If you can’t eat it all at once, freeze it for another time.
2 medium sized ripe avocados, halved and seeded
Juice from small 1 lime
1 plum tomato, chopped small
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red
